The Hybrid Corporate Event is Here to Stay!

Teams are returning to the office. Partially, that is. The new workplace, with some team members coming in to work and some remaining home, will not operate like the one in Before Times. The hybrid workplace presents companies with new logistical challenges, like introducing new desk-reservation systems and team-collaboration platforms.  At SipSend, we want to offer you a fun and easy way to get the whole team together no matter who happens to physically be in the office any given day.  

So WHAT is a hybrid tasting? 

Our hybrid tastings are currently offered for offices in the Bay Area, with more locations to be offered soon. Our sommelier will come to the office with three great wines, wine glasses, custom-logo tasting placemats, and some ice to keep the wines cool. While the sommelier sets up for the tasting, remote participants will be opening the three small bottles of the same wines that arrived in a tasting kit several days prior. With this system, all members of the group can share an engaging experience while discussing the same wines.  

It sounds a little complicated; how do I book one? 

Our portal is designed for efficient booking. All of our tasting themes are offered in virtual, in-person, and hybrid formats. You're able to check calendar availability and select your preferred time as soon as you land on the page. After reading over an event contract, you'll be able to tell us how many people will be in the office that day, and upload a spreadsheet of addresses for the others. After that, you're all set. Just click the button to have the final invoice sent over and we will take care of the rest, including ensuring everyone gets their tracking notifications, sent by SipSend, specifically designed for wine shipments.
