There is no minimum for an order. For orders exceeding 120 bottles, please allow an extra two weeks for fulfillment.
Are volume discounts available?
Yes, please email firstname.lastname@example.org for more details.
What kinds of wine do you offer?
Our wines are sourced by founder Martin Sheehan-Stross, the former head sommelier of Michael Mina and one of Wine & Spirits Magazine’s Best New Sommeliers in America. He has leveraged his relationships to source sustainably grown and impeccably crafted Sauvignon Blanc, Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, and Cabernet Sauvignon. The affordable wines are intended to please the palates of new wine drinkers and wine aficionados alike.
How long does it take for the wine to get to recipients from the time I place my order?
Please allow two weeks for delivery. You and your recipients will all receive a notification when the packages ship and other notifications powered by FedEx.
I need to send custom-labeled wine to a group of special VIPs; do you have any higher-end offerings?
This can certainly be arranged! Please email email@example.com to discuss luxurious bottlings from top estates.
Can I include a gift note?
Yes, individual gift notes printed with your submitted logo can be printed and included for $10 per person for wines being shipped. Cards printed with a single gift note for an entire group, such as Happy Holidays are complimentary. These do not include a logo.
Does the recipient need to be home to sign for the wine?
Although a direct signature is not required, an adult 21 years of age or older must be present to sign for the wine. Our detailed tracking and notification system will make arranging for this much easier for your gift recipients.
Can I customize the wine label beyond just adding my logo?
